Arrival: If you arrive at a different time, please notify us via WhatsApp or at one of the following phone numbers: +36705035282. Please fill out the registration form accurately so that we can comply with the local tourism tax regulations. You will find the privacy policy attached.

Check-out / Departure: Please vacate the apartment by 10:00 on the day of your departure. If you wish to stay longer, “late check-out” can be arranged for an additional fee, depending on availability. An inventory will be taken of the equipment in the apartment on the day of arrival and departure. Please inform us if any item is damaged, broken, or needs replacement so that the next guest can fully enjoy their stay as well.
You are welcome to use any food and cleaning supplies found in the cupboards, but if something runs out, please replenish it for the next guest’s convenience.

Visitors: If you are expecting visitors, please notify us. Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the rooms.

Keys: Before your departure from Hungary, we will hand over the keys, or on the day of your arrival, the local contact will provide you with the necessary keys to the apartment.
This includes:

  • 1 external steel front door key
  • 1 internal glass door key

Upon departure, please return all keys either to us or the local contact. The key exchange will always take place in person. In case of lost keys, you will be required to cover the cost of replacement keys, lock replacement, and re-entry costs.
The house is equipped with a “key safe” located inside the steel door, next to the glass front door. We will send the code via message. The glass door key must be returned to the safe each time you leave. The steel door should not be locked during your stay, only the glass door, and the spare key must always be left in the safe and the safe locked. The key in the safe must remain there upon departure.

If any consumables need to be replaced, or you require local information or have any other questions, feel free to contact us via the provided numbers, and we will be happy to assist you.

Smoking and Pets: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, only permitted outside. If smoking damages any furnishings, the guest is responsible for covering the cost of the damages.
Please do not bring pets to the apartment. While we are pet lovers, we find that more and more guests suffer from pet-related allergies, and we aim to prevent any issues. Our cleaning and disinfecting procedures are thorough, but we want to avoid any possible complications.

First Aid: Our apartments are equipped with a first aid kit to assist with minor injuries.

Internet: Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartments. The code can be found on the bottom of the modem.

Damages: Please take care of the furnishings and use them appropriately. In the event of deliberate or negligent damage, the responsible guest will be held liable for compensation.

Air Conditioning: Please use the air conditioning only when windows are closed and turn it off when leaving the apartment. Remote controls are available in the apartment.
